Kate Calamito |
We are excited to have recent Stockton University graduate, Kate Calamito, joining the cultural resources team this semester. She completed her bachelors in Historical Studies with a minor in Holocaust and Genocide Studies last May and plans to work in the museum field as a career. She is already dipping her toes into curatorial work by helping reinstall artifacts in the Rare Books and Manuscripts Gallery.

Kate's project this term is researching Alexander Hamilton's political and personal life, so she has been scouring the Lloyd W. Smith Archival Collection for juicy details. One particularly scandalous stop has been the Maria Reynolds affair. Kate might even share some of these manuscripts with our readers on the blog. Stay tuned.
Welcome, Kate.
