Featured Artifact: Bull's Eye Pocket Watch

Description:
This watch is an English Gold bull's pocket watch by Marmaduke Storr, done in London in 1773. The size of the case is 2'' in diameter, and 1/2'' thick.

The watch has a white enamel face, and contains a chased and engraved case with the back initialed with a letter "B". The back of the watch is delicately engraved. The case is hallmarked with the year of 1773. The enamel is chipped, and the key is missing.
