Temporary Exhibit Opens With Help of Drew Intern

Intern Janine Billadello stands next to an exhibit she helped curate.

Our most recent temporary exhibit, featuring Native American tools and artifacts, opened just in time for the Naturalization ceremony held at Morristown April 16, 2010. This exhibit, located in the auditorium at our Washington's Headquarters site, will be on view until early summer.

During her tenure, Janine Billadello, Drew University Archaeology major, conducted research and created a brochure outlining the Pennsylvania line excavations that took place in 2006. The 2006 excavations were the most scientific excavations completed on this site to date.

Billadello also assisted in the curation of a temporary exhibit (pictured above and below) by preparing artifacts, text panels, and presentation displays.
