Iron Industry Papers Returned

The New Jersey Iron Industry Papers have been returned to the Morristown National Historical Park Library and Archives after having been on long-term loan at the Joint Free Public Library of Morristown-Morris Township.

These papers which include the Oram Collection, Moses Tuttle Papers, Tuttle-Hoff Papers and the Cobb Collection cover the mid-eighteenth to mid-nineteenth centuries and include the personal and business papers of prominent family owned iron-works located in Morris County, NJ.

Microfilm is available for these papers.
